Cancellation and No Show Fees:

Please note: that by Egyptian law all foreign guests must pay in a foreign currency, not in Egyptian currency.

Please note: Egyptian citizens are required to pay in the local currency according to the exchange rate at the time of payment.

Pre-authorization: To check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, ECCS reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be charged your credit card in order to secure your reservation.


Please note: ECCS provides an hourly rate for all other service based on a twelve (12) hours or more minimum charge. Hourly or “As Directed” services allow for multiple stops and wait time as directed by the client. Vehicle will stay with the client or at their stop locations (as parking availability allows) for the entire rental time. Travel time may be charged on a “garage-to-garage” basis and is made a part of the respective hourly minimums. Hourly-Daily rate include 120KMs/day and 12 hour working day and includes the driver. If car and driver is required for more than 12 hours per day there is an additional charge as shown below.

We know plans can change, so we’ve designed an industry-leading cancellation policy that’s flexible for our customers and supports our drivers.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the ride will be billed 50% of the price quoted in the contract; if your service has been assigned and dispatched you will be charge 100% of the base rate.

Failure to contact our office in the event that you do not see your driver right away will result in the client being charged the full amount. There will be no refund issued if you fail to contact our office. To avoid a “no show” fee please call our dispatch at +20 100 446 8796.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
Why do you charge a late cancellation fee? When you make a reservation, we ensure that a chauffeur and vehicle are reserved just for you and blocked from receiving any additional work. This fee goes towards paying a driver who has missed out on revenue because of the late cancellation.


Egypt car chauffeur services continually monitor the flights information. However if the flight information was not provided to us on time due to unforeseen circumstances and the Chauffeur already left the garage, the waiting time charge will be added. In case of an extreme delay, please notify us as soon as possible to insure that your vehicle is available upon your arriving.

Hourly-Daily Services Calculation:

Hourly-Daily rate include 120KMs/day and 12 hour working day and includes the driver. If car and driver is required for more than 12 hours per day there is an additional charge as shown below

Number of Passengers:

All vehicles are insured for the appropriate maximum number of passengers. Please ensure that you choose a vehicle suitable for the size of your party.

Special Requests:

In some locations there will be an additional charge for special request items such as Child/Infant seats, Roof Racks, Ski Racks and Snow Chains. These items are readily available for our clients in most locations but must be pre-booked. Please note that in most countries, Child Seats are mandatory. No guarantee can be made regarding special request availability.

Transfer to/from airport:

The “Airport-City” transfer includes the vehicle supply, waiting at the airport not more than 1 hour and the Customer delivery to the destination. Waiting at the airport for more than 1 hour is to be paid according to the hourly base tariff. The “City-Airport” transfer service includes the vehicle supply by one address, 15 minutes waiting (free of charge) and Customer delivery to the airport, further the hourly base tariff will be on. The “Airport-Airport” transfer will be charged as Airport Transfer + one hour city usage rate.

Return and Refund Policy


Enjoy shopping with the following return policy features:


– You have 14 days to return the products sold after receipt Shipping cost will be added through the returns in your customer account or by calling customer service number (Company Number) or via email Company email.

– If the item have a defective, does not work properly, does not match the description of the site, is fake, or was received damaged as a result of transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for free, and the value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.

– When returning the product, make sure that all the accessories and labels for the order are in their proper condition and that the product is in its original package in the correct condition in which it was received and that the package is closed by the factory sealed (in the case of replacement within 14 days) as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or Exceptional accessories. If you create a password for the device that you want to retrieve, please make sure to remove it, otherwise the request will not be completed correctly for products that show manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase and applies if they are returned and received with all the inclusions, as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or Exceptional accessories labels and packaging of the device in its receiving conditions.


Some products cannot be returned, and they are:


  • Damaged Products (excluding transportation damage)
  • Products that are not in their original packaging
  • Products that do not include all accessories
  • Unsealed products from the following product groups
